📌 Professional Qualification / Eligibility Criteria
  1. Applicant must be a registered VTP under CSSDA / NSDC.
  2. Registered under Society Act 1973 / Company Act 1956 / Trust / Cooperative / Section-8 Company.
  3. Proven training experience in PMKVY, MMKVY or other Govt skill programs is mandatory.
  4. Must have functional training centre with labs, biometric attendance, trained staff, sector trainers etc.
  5. Must follow placement & post-training tracking compliance.

  1. Institute must demonstrate financial & training delivery capacity.
  2. Placement-linked payment release model.
  3. Performance-based batch allocation clause included.
