Key Responsibilities
  1. Mobilization of eligible Christian youth (18–35 years, Karnataka resident)
  2. Residential training delivery with certified faculty
  3. Supply of study material
  4. Biometric attendance
  5. Third-party assessment through NSDC/KSDC agencies
  6. Minimum 70% placement with proof
  7. Conduct of job fairs
  8. Issuance of course completion certificates

  3. Entity type: Pvt. Ltd / NGO / Proprietorship / Partnership
  4. No JV / Consortium allowed
  5. Registered Training Provider under NSDC / PMKVY or KSDC
  6. Active training centres in minimum 5 districts of Karnataka
  7. Minimum 1000 candidates trained for GoK departments in last 3 years
  8. 70% placement achievement in last 3 years
  9. At least 1 job fair conducted in Karnataka in last 3 years
  10. In-house developed course material aligned to curriculum
  11. Not blacklisted by any Government/PSU

  1. Minimum Technical Qualification Marks: 80 / 100
  2. QCBS Weightage:
    1. Technical: 75%
    2. Financial: 25%

4. Financial Eligibility Criteria
  1. Minimum Turnover:
    ₹300 Lakhs each year for FY 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25
  2. CA-certified audited financials with UDIN mandatory
  3. Provisional FY 2024-25 statements allowed
5. Tender Fee & EMD
  1. EMD: ₹3,20,000/-
  2. Mode of Payment: Online via KPPP Portal (NEFT/RTGS/Debit/Credit Card/OTC)
  3. Processing Fee: As prescribed by e-procurement portal
  4. Performance Security: 5% of Contract Value (BG/DD/NEFT)
    1. EMD of successful bidder converted into Security Deposit
