Scope of Work

The selected service provider will be responsible for complete repair, restoration, testing and commissioning of the Professional Large Format Display units covered under the bid. The scope includes labour, tools, test instruments, spare parts, logistics, technical expertise, documentation and all incidental services required to complete the work.

The service provider must carry out repair, replacement or restoration of defective components to make the PLFD fully operational. The scope specifically includes repair or replacement of LCD/LED display panels and any defective parts required for restoring the display system.

The service provider’s responsibility will remain comprehensive and unconditional until the repaired equipment is accepted by the purchaser.

Repair and Maintenance Requirements

The work includes:

1. End-to-end repair and restoration of Professional Large Format Display units.
2. Replacement or repair of defective LCD/LED display panels.
3. Supply of required spare parts and consumables by the service provider.
4. Testing and commissioning after repair.
5. Documentation of work completed.
6. Compliance with OEM service guidelines and applicable safety standards.
7. Completion of all functional tests before acceptance.

Warranty Requirements

The service provider must provide:

1. Minimum 90 days warranty on repair work.
2. Minimum 6 months warranty on replaced components.

Any failure occurring within the warranty period must be rectified by the service provider at no additional cost to the purchaser.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

Bidders should meet the following pre-qualification requirements:

1. Must be a service provider capable of repairing and maintaining Professional Large Format Display units.
2. Must have at least 1 year of same or similar service experience.
3. Must submit documents supporting experience criteria and bidder turnover.
4. Must comply with the technical requirements, OEM service guidelines and applicable safety norms.
5. Must not be under liquidation, court receivership, similar legal proceedings or bankruptcy.
6. Must provide financial standing undertaking with the bid.
7. MSEs and DPIIT-recognised Startups may claim relaxation from experience and turnover criteria by uploading valid supporting documents.

Experience Criteria

The tender requires bidders to have past experience in same or similar services. The bidder must have completed similar services over the prescribed period as per the bid conditions.

Financial Criteria

The estimated bid value is ₹48,970 inclusive of all taxes. Bidders must submit a financial document indicating the price breakup. The evaluation will be carried out on a total value-wise basis.

The bidder must also submit an undertaking confirming that it is not under liquidation, court receivership, similar proceedings or bankruptcy. No separate net worth amount is specified in the attached document.

Tender Fee and EMD

No tender fee is mentioned for this GeM bid. EMD is also not required. The bid document clearly states that EMD requirement is “No” and ePBG requirement is also “No”.

Since EMD is not applicable, there is no EMD payment mode required for this tender.

Submission Guidelines

Bidders must submit their bids online through the GeM portal before the bid closing deadline. The tender follows a two-packet bid system, so bidders should ensure proper submission of technical and financial documents.

The financial document indicating price breakup is required. Bidders should upload all eligibility, experience, turnover, certificate and additional documents requested in the bid/ATC.

Bidders claiming MSE or Startup relaxation must upload valid supporting documents. Technical clarifications during evaluation are allowed for 2 days. Reverse Auction is enabled and will be conducted among technically qualified bidders as per the GeM bid conditions.
