Position Overview
- Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Location: Bangalore, India
- Travel: Reasonable travel is expected.
Eligibility Criteria
Professional Experience
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the Aerospace/Aviation domain as of 15th January 2025.
- Experience in:
- Skill, learning, and development within the Aerospace/Aviation sector.
- Senior-level leadership with a proven track record of performance.
- Developing skill frameworks and training modules (desirable).
Age Limit
- Must be 65 years or below as of 15th January 2025.
Educational Qualifications
- Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognized and reputed institute/university.
- Desirable:
- MBA (part-time or full-time) from a recognized, accredited, and reputed institute/university.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to interact with:
- Top-level Aerospace & Aviation industries.
- Training institutions, academies, research institutes, and government entities.
- Energetic, dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented personality.
- Sound health and a good track record of performance.
Compensation
