The communication, issued vide Letter No. 1913 dated 26-12-2025, highlights deficiencies identified during the scrutiny of applications submitted for empanelment in New Age Technologies, Digital, Green, and Future Skills sectors. A detailed list of organizations along with the specific documents not found as per RFP norms has been circulated.

- Proof of minimum 500 candidates trained in New Age Technologies
- Proof of minimum 50% candidate placement in relevant sectors
- Certificate of Incorporation / Registration proof (minimum 3 years validity where applicable)
- Average turnover from training programs (last 3 financial years – ₹1 Crore minimum where specified)
- Audited P&L Account / Income Statement
- Proof of consistent positive net worth
- Supporting placement documents including employer tie-up letters
- Proof of trainings conducted in NCVET-notified job roles
- Proof of operational centres / state presence (where applicable)
