The Textiles Committee under the Ministry of Textiles has invited bids for E-Learning Content Development (Non-iGOT platform) including content restructuring, storyboarding, and production support across multiple Indian languages. The project aims to deliver high-quality digital learning solutions in the Textiles & Clothing sector.

The tender follows a Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) model with a 70:30 weightage between technical and financial evaluation.

Scope of Work

1. The selected bidder will be responsible for:
2. Restructuring and rewriting existing training content
3. Storyboarding and content design
4. Production support including multimedia integration
5. Development of e-learning modules for:
6. Multi-language delivery: Hindi, English, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Bengali, Assamese
7. LMS integration and testing support
8. Voice-over (human/machine-based, gender-specific)
9. Subject Matter Expertise and Training Needs Assessment
