The Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission (TRLM) under the Rural Development Department, Government of Tripura, has invited an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the selection of Captive Employers and Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) under the DDU-GKY 2.0 scheme. The initiative focuses on skill development and placement-linked training for rural youth in Tripura for the financial year 2026–28.

Scope of Work

1. Conduct placement-linked skill development training for rural youth in Tripura.
2. Ensure employment placement/self-employment for trained candidates.
3. Deliver demand-driven, short-term training programs aligned with industry needs.
4. Focus sectors include:
   1. IT & ITES
   2. Apparel & Textile
   3. Logistics
   4. Tourism & Hospitality
   5. Electronics
   6. Construction
   7. Automotive
   8. Healthcare & Wellness
   9. Food Processing
   10. Agriculture and allied sectors
5. Minimum 20% of candidates under Captive Employment category.
6. Training programs must comply with MoRD DDU-GKY 2.0 guidelines and SOPs.

1. Valid Permanent Registration Number (PRN) from MoRD.
2. Experience in skill training and placement programs.
3. Capability to deliver placement-linked training with proven outcomes.
4. For Captive Employers: Must demonstrate in-house manpower requirement.

1. Open to eligible Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) registered with MoRD.
2. Agencies must comply with DDU-GKY 2.0 guidelines.
3. Should possess capacity for training and placement execution.
4. Consortium and subcontracting: Not Allowed.
