Tender Overview
Central Electronics Limited (CEL), a Public Sector Enterprise, has invited limited online bids from empanelled vendors for establishing an Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing), Design & Reverse Engineering Training Lab for a Government Agency.
Scope of Work
The selected bidder will be responsible for:
- Supply, installation, and commissioning of 3D Printing & training lab equipment
- Design and reverse engineering lab setup
- Training of end-users
- One-year comprehensive warranty
- Four-year Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC)
- Providing all required materials/services for complete system functionality (even if not explicitly listed in BOQ)
Eligibility Criteria
- Only CEL empanelled vendors are eligible to participate
- Must comply with all technical specifications as per GeM Tender reference
- No deviation in technical or commercial terms is allowed
- Mandatory submission of:
1. Authorization certificate (OEM/Company)
- Non-blacklisting declaration
- MSME bidders must submit Udyam Registration (if claiming benefits)

- Capability to execute turnkey projects involving supply, installation & commissioning
- Compliance with all tender annexures and documentation
- Acceptance of back-to-back contractual terms with end customer
