The scope includes:

Inception and Needs Assessment

The agency will conduct an inception meeting with NSDC, review competitor profiles and training context, conduct baseline psychological and behavioral assessment, and prepare a competency and risk mapping framework.

Programme Design

The selected bidder will prepare a detailed behavioral and psychological training plan covering June to September 2026. The delivery model may include in-person workshops, virtual sessions, small-group interventions, and one-to-one counselling or coaching.

Individual Psychological Support
Competitors will receive structured one-to-one support for confidence, focus, anxiety management, emotional control, performance blocks, and personal adjustment challenges.

Group Behavioral and Performance Training
The programme will include group sessions on mindset, self-discipline, goal setting, visualization, pressure handling, resilience, recovery routines, communication etiquette, professional conduct, and international representation.

Team-Building Workshop
The organization must design and deliver an intensive pre-departure team-building workshop before Shanghai 2026. The workshop will focus on trust, collaboration, communication, morale, emotional readiness, pressure management, travel routines, and team conduct.

Support to Trainers and Delegation Leadership
Briefing sessions and practical protocols will be provided for trainers, mentors, and delegation leaders to support mental preparation, feedback, motivation, burnout prevention, early identification of distress, and issue escalation.

Monitoring and Reporting
The selected organization must submit an inception report, monthly progress reports, attendance records, anonymized readiness indicators, pre-departure readiness report, and final completion report.
