Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for:
- Annual repair and maintenance (A/R & M/O) of residential and non-residential buildings
- Distempering and painting works
- Cleaning of underground sumps and overhead water tanks
- Providing manpower for routine maintenance
- Supply of materials required for day-to-day maintenance activities
- Execution of maintenance work as per CPWD specifications and standards
- Compliance with safety, labour, and quality norms
The work must be completed within a period of 365 days from the commencement date.
Eligibility Criteria
Technical Eligibility
Bidders must:
- Hold a valid CPWD Registration Certificate in the appropriate category as on the last date of tender submission
- Upload all supporting circulars/orders proving the validity of registration
- Submit an affidavit confirming that the firm is not blacklisted or debarred by CPWD, MoHUA, or the Ministry of Finance
- Possess a valid Class-III Digital Signature Certificate for e-tender submission
- Upload ERP training certificate
- Provide GST registration or an undertaking for obtaining GST registration after the award

- Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Rs. 18,249/-
- Performance Guarantee: 5% of tendered amount/estimated cost (whichever is higher)
