1. The institution should be registered as a Vocational Training Provider (VTP) under the Chhattisgarh State Skill Development Authority for the relevant sector; or
2. The training institution / organisation should be engaged in education, training or related sector activities and registered under the Chhattisgarh Society Registration Act, Companies Act, Trust Act, Indian Trust Act, or any valid central/state government-recognised entity. The registration must be at least 3 years old from the date of advertisement; or
3. The applicant should have conducted skill development programmes under the Government of Chhattisgarh or Government of India during the last 3 years.

3. Non-blacklisting affidavit on ₹100 stamp paper confirming that the organisation has not been blacklisted by the State Government or Central Government.

5. PAN and GST details.
6. Security deposit of ₹10,000 per sector / per application in the form of FDR in favour of Principal, Livelihood College Korba.
7. Trainer details, bio-data, educational qualifications and ToT certificates where applicable.
8. List of tools, equipment and lab setup available for the proposed sector.
9. Details of employer tie-ups for placement and OJT.
