The scope of work includes deployment of one Physiotherapist at the SIKH LI Regimental Centre, Fatehgarh. The contractor/service provider will be responsible for providing the required manpower, ensuring supervision, maintaining statutory compliance, and supporting day-to-day service requirements as directed by the buyer.

- Deployment of a qualified Physiotherapist under the healthcare manpower outsourcing category.
- Services to be provided at the SIKH LI Regimental Centre, Fatehgarh.
- Minimum working requirement: 26 working days per month for 12 months.

Eligibility Criteria
The bidder should satisfy the following eligibility requirements:
- Must be a registered firm/company/organisation or applicable legal entity.
- Must be registered on the GeM portal.
- Must have experience in providing similar manpower outsourcing services.
- Must have completed similar services in Central/State Government departments, PSUs, autonomous bodies, or similar organisations.
- Must upload contracts/orders or completion certificates as proof of experience.
- Must submit turnover proof through audited balance sheets or CA/Cost Accountant certificate.
- Must submit relevant statutory registrations such as GST, EPF, ESI, PAN, and other licences where applicable.
- Must not be blacklisted by any department or authority.
- Must comply with all applicable labour laws and minimum wage provisions.
- Must upload supporting documents if claiming MSE or Startup relaxation.

Submission Guidelines
Bidders must submit their bids through the GeM portal under the Two Packet Bid system. The technical bid and financial bid should be submitted as per the bid format and GeM requirements.
Important submission instructions:
- Submit technical and financial bids online through GeM.
- Upload experience criteria documents, turnover proof, and certificates requested in ATC.
- Do not include price information in the technical bid.
- Financial bid must include price breakup.
- Bids with incomplete documents may be rejected.
- Bidders claiming MSE/Startup relaxation must upload valid supporting documents.
