Scope of Work
The selected service provider will deploy a skilled Receptionist-cum-Operator at MDC Sagar. The broad scope of work includes:
- Performing administrative and patient-related reception duties.
- Scheduling appointments and managing reception desk activities.
- Answering and placing phone calls.
- Responding to questions at the reception counter.
- Preparing patient charts and maintaining records.
- Entering patient-related data into the computer system.
- Maintaining statistical entries and basic documentation.
- Supporting clerical work at the office.
- Using basic computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Performing any other work assigned by the Officer Commanding.

Tender Fee and EMD
