Scope of Work
The selected service provider will be required to deliver an online professional training programme titled Emerging Chief Technology Officer – Imperial College Business School.
The programme is designed for experienced technology leaders, aspiring Chief Technology Officers, IT operations leaders, digital transformation managers, and business-technology professionals aiming to move into C-suite or enterprise-level technology leadership roles.
The programme focuses on developing strategic, leadership, innovation, technology transformation, cybersecurity, AI, automation, data strategy, cloud infrastructure and executive decision-making capabilities.

Pre-Qualification Criteria
Bidders must satisfy the qualification and experience criteria mentioned in the GeM bid document. The major pre-qualification requirements include:
- The bidder must have experience in providing same or similar services.
- The bidder must have at least 5 years of past experience in similar services.
- Similar service experience must be supported through relevant contracts or work orders.
- The bidder must submit turnover documents as required in the bid.
- The bidder must provide certificates requested under the Additional Terms and Conditions.
- The bidder must provide a course brochure for the Emerging Chief Technology Officer Programme conducted by Imperial College Business School.
- The bidder must comply with GeM terms and applicable service-level conditions.
Financial Criteria
The tender specifies a minimum average annual turnover requirement of ₹5 lakh for the bidder over the last three financial years.
Bidders are required to upload documentary evidence such as certified audited balance sheets or a certificate from a Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant showing turnover details for the relevant period.
If the bidder’s incorporation is less than three years old, the average turnover of the completed financial years after incorporation may be considered as per the GeM bid conditions.

Eligibility Criteria
Eligible bidders should be registered on the GeM portal and should be capable of providing online instructor-led professional training services. The bidder must be a competent training institute or professional training service provider and must demonstrate relevant experience in similar training services.
The bidder must also ensure compliance with GeM General Terms and Conditions, labour law requirements, applicable statutory obligations, and buyer-specific bid conditions.
Submission Guidelines
Bidders must submit their bids online through the GeM portal before the prescribed closing date and time. Since the bid is a Two Packet Bid, bidders should ensure that technical and financial documents are submitted in the correct format and packet.
The financial price breakup is required. Bidders must avoid mentioning any price details in the technical bid. Price-related information should be submitted only in the financial bid as per GeM norms.
All supporting documents must be uploaded online. Documents submitted as part of clarification or representation during the bid process may be visible to participating bidders after login, as mentioned in the bid.
