ISO 9001 Certification (Clause 12.1.6):
Original: Valid ISO 9001 certificate required at the time of bid submission.
Revised: If not available at submission, a self-declaration to obtain certification within 15 days of empanelment is acceptable, with validity covering the entire project duration.
New Clause:
Subcontracting Prohibited: Subletting any portion of the work is not allowed.
