🏗 Scope of Work
Conduct two training programs for final-year B.Tech students at SPMVV, Tirupati:
- Campus Recruitment Training (CRT)
- Students: 349
- Batches: 5 (70 students each, parallel)
- Duration: 10 days (60 hrs), 6 hrs/day
- Tentative Schedule: 06/10/2025 – 15/10/2025
- Modules: Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Soft Skills/Interview Skills
- Technical Training
- Students: 349
- Batches: 5 (70 students each, parallel)
- Duration: 15 days (90 hrs), 6 hrs/day
- Tentative Schedule: 16/10/2025 – 31/10/2025
- Modules: Python Programming, Data Structures, DBMS, Web Development, Cloud Computing, Fundamentals of AI & ML
Training must include assessments, customized modules (pre- & post-assessment), and be conducted offline.
✅ Pre-Qualification / Eligibility Criteria
- Firm Registration Certificate (Company/Trust/Society/Proprietorship).
- GST Registration.
- PAN Number.
- Proof of previous training in last 3 years (Govt./Private Institutions).
- List & profiles of Trainers/Resource persons.
- Trainer eligibility:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
- 3–5 years’ experience in placement training/technical training.
- Strong communication, interpersonal & mentoring skills.
- Subject expertise for technical modules; certified soft skills trainer preferred.
- Declaration: Not blacklisted by any Govt./PSU (Self-declaration).
- EMD payment proof (online transfer, 1% of quoted price).
- Compliance to technical specifications (Annexure-II).
💰 Financial Criteria
- EMD: 1% of quoted price (online transfer to Registrar’s PNB Account).
- Security Deposit: 4% of contract value at agreement signing (making total 5% incl. EMD).
- Transaction Fee: 0.03% of contract value + GST, payable to APTS, Vijayawada.
- Quoted Rates: Must be inclusive of all costs & taxes.

📂 Submission Guidelines
- Mode: Online via Andhra Pradesh e-Procurement portal.
- Covers:
- Technical Bid – Eligibility documents, firm profile, proof of training experience, trainers’ details, compliance reports, declaration, EMD slip.
- Financial Bid – As per Annexure-III.
- Hard Copies: Attested copies of uploaded documents + original EMD slip to Registrar, SPMVV, Tirupati before technical bid opening.
- Digital Certificate: Mandatory for e-bid authentication.
⚖️ Evaluation & Contract Conditions
- Evaluation: Technical bids first → Financial bids of qualified bidders only.
- Selection: Lowest technically qualified bidder (negotiations possible).
- Payment: After completion of training; deductions as per tax norms.
- Penalty: For default/poor quality training, Registrar can impose penalty, withhold payment, cancel contract, or blacklist.
- Sub-contracting: Not allowed.
- Agreement: To be executed on ₹100 non-judicial stamp paper.
- Jurisdiction: Courts in Tirupati District.
