Scope of Work
- Design and deliver hands-on, application-focused AI training courses (in English) covering:
- AI fundamentals and practical applications.
- Generative AI & prompt engineering.
- AI-powered workplace tools & productivity platforms.
- Delivery across Tier 2/3 cities, targeting college and ITI students (18–25 years).
- Training target: 500,000 students by March 2026.
- Ensure accessibility, inclusion, and career readiness support.
- Expected Outcomes: 80% learners report increased confidence in applying AI skills (through endline assessments).
- Sustainability: Applicants should propose models for long-term impact beyond March 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory:
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale digital/vocational training programs.
- Strong presence or partnerships in Tier 2/3 cities.
- Expertise in AI curriculum design and pedagogy.
- Ability to monitor, assess, and report outcomes at scale.
Desirable:
- Consortia or collaborative partnerships encouraged for scale.
Pro-Qualification Criteria (Documents Required)
- Company profile, testimonials, past project references.
- Work completion reports & purchase orders.
- NGOs must have valid CSR-1 certificate (MCA).
- GST, PAN, TAN registration.
- Audited financials / ITR for last 3 years.
- Copy of legal registration/renewal certificate.
- Cancelled cheque.
- Declaration on pending litigation/cases.
- Preferably Private Ltd company with sound track record.
Financial Criteria
- Submit detailed, itemized budget, covering:
- Curriculum development & localization.
- Trainer costs & capacity building.
- Technology platform / LMS.
- Travel & logistics (Tier 2/3/4 outreach).
- Placement & career support.
- Monitoring & evaluation (incl. 3rd party audits).
- Admin overheads (capped at % of total budget).
- Costs must be directly attributable to the project.
