2. Eligibility (Who Can Apply)
Only the following empanelled categories can apply:
Category A:
Private Training Providers registered in Sikkim.
Category B:
Private Training Providers registered outside Sikkim.
Category C:
Industry bodies (within/outside Sikkim) with in-house hiring requirements.
Category D:
Government Training Providers (within/outside Sikkim).
⚠️ No new applicants allowed — strictly limited to empanelled organizations.
3. Proposal Evaluation Criteria
Evaluation is category-specific and based on:
A. Sector-specific Training Track Record
(Varies by category; higher marks for greater past performance)
B. Employment Linkages / Employer Commitments
Proof-based placement record + employer commitment letters required.
C. Faculty Strength
Number of ToT-certified trainers in the applied sector.
D. Technical Presentation
Mandatory presentation before the Empowered Committee covering:
Each category has a 100-mark structure.
