1. Scope of Work
PART–1: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC)
The agency must supply & install complete equipment for creating a state-of-the-art Logistics & Supply Chain Management Lab, including:
  1. Forklift, Reach Truck, Pallet Jack, Warehouse racks
  2. Safety equipment (helmets, shoes, vests)
  3. Packaging tools (strapping tools, sealer, weighing scales)
  4. RFID/barcode devices, printers
  5. Warehouse shelves, tote bins, pallets
  6. Mock-up steel container & ramp
  7. Teaching aids, safety signage
  8. Warranty: 2 years
  9. Delivery timeline: Full supply within 60 days of contract signing
PART–2: End-to-End Training Delivery
The selected bidder must implement the full training program including:
1. Mobilization & Counselling
  1. Mobilize and counsel candidates
  2. Link trainee registration with Aadhaar on WSC ERP
2. Training Delivery
  1. Batch size: 160 candidates per session
  2. Provide qualified trainers, technicians, mobilizers, counsellors
  3. No subcontracting or franchising allowed
  4. Ensure minimal dropout
3. Assessment & Certification
  1. Assessments conducted by ITEES Singapore
  2. Re-assessment cost (after first attempt) to be borne by Training Partner
4. Placement
  1. Minimum 70% placement of certified candidates required
  2. Must complete placement within 3 months of certification
  3. Collect evidence (offer letters, salary slips, PF/ESI, bank statements)

5. Post-Placement Tracking

  1. Monthly tracking for 12 months
  2. Upload documentation on WSC portal
6. Manpower Requirements
Minimum criteria:
  1. Manager – PG in Logistics/Supply Chain + 5 years exp
  2. Trainer – Diploma/Degree + 5 years relevant exp
  3. Technician – Diploma + 3 years exp
  4. Counsellor & Mobilizer – 12th Pass + 2 years exp

  2. Boarding, lodging, study materials
