1. Scope of Work
PART–1: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC)
The agency must supply & install complete equipment for creating a state-of-the-art Logistics & Supply Chain Management Lab, including:
- Forklift, Reach Truck, Pallet Jack, Warehouse racks
- Safety equipment (helmets, shoes, vests)
- Packaging tools (strapping tools, sealer, weighing scales)
- RFID/barcode devices, printers
- Warehouse shelves, tote bins, pallets
- Mock-up steel container & ramp
- Teaching aids, safety signage
- Warranty: 2 years
- Delivery timeline: Full supply within 60 days of contract signing
PART–2: End-to-End Training Delivery
The selected bidder must implement the full training program including:
1. Mobilization & Counselling
- Mobilize and counsel candidates
- Link trainee registration with Aadhaar on WSC ERP
2. Training Delivery
- Batch size: 160 candidates per session
- Provide qualified trainers, technicians, mobilizers, counsellors
- No subcontracting or franchising allowed
- Ensure minimal dropout
3. Assessment & Certification
- Assessments conducted by ITEES Singapore
- Re-assessment cost (after first attempt) to be borne by Training Partner
4. Placement
- Minimum 70% placement of certified candidates required
- Must complete placement within 3 months of certification
- Collect evidence (offer letters, salary slips, PF/ESI, bank statements)
5. Post-Placement Tracking
- Monthly tracking for 12 months
- Upload documentation on WSC portal
6. Manpower Requirements
Minimum criteria:
- Manager – PG in Logistics/Supply Chain + 5 years exp
- Trainer – Diploma/Degree + 5 years relevant exp
- Technician – Diploma + 3 years exp
- Counsellor & Mobilizer – 12th Pass + 2 years exp
