BSDM Mega Skill Center (MSC) Initiative

1. Establishment, operation, and management of Mega Skill Centers (MSCs) in designated divisions in Bihar.
2. Delivery of high-quality skill training across assigned sectors under the BSDM 7 Nischay Programme.
3. Ensuring infrastructure setup, training labs, faculty deployment, training delivery, assessment coordination, placement linkage, and continuous reporting to BSDM.
4. Ensuring compliance with BSDM norms, branding guidelines, MIS reporting, and quality standards.
5. Collaboration with industry partners for curriculum, practical exposure, and placement support.
