The selected agency must conduct a Midline Assessment to measure progress, effectiveness, and impact of interventions related to:
- Hypertension
- Diabetes
- COPD
- Cardiovascular diseases

- Pre-testing and tool refinement
- Conduct field data collection across 63 health facilities
- Data processing, analysis (STATA/R/Python) & reporting

4. Qualification Criteria
Organizational Qualification
- Registered institution/company/university OR consortium of individuals.
- Proven experience in:
- Public health & NCD research
- Field surveys, data collection, M&E
- Statistical analysis & research methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in projects of similar scale & complexity.
Team Qualification
- Experts in:
- Public health
- NCD research
- Statistics & data analysis
- Survey management
- Field investigators trained in ethical research & interviewing.
5. Eligibility Criteria
- Ability to deploy field teams across Maharashtra & Rajasthan.
- Strong quality control, ethical compliance, and data confidentiality systems.
- Capability to train supervisors, investigators, and editors.
- Experience with digital tools like KOBO (optional but preferred).
6. Financial Criteria
- Submit detailed budget (Excel with formulas).
- Must include:
- Digitization
- Data collection
- Personnel
- Data analysis & report writing
- Overheads/admin
- Any special cost justification
- GST/Taxes to be included.
- Payment Terms:
- 20% – Contract signing
