To empanel Infrastructure Partners for implementation of Skill Development & Employability Enhancement Programmes under PM Vikas Scheme in the Food Processing Sector.
Focus beneficiaries include minority youth, rural women, farmers, and unemployed across Punjab, Jharkhand, Haryana, and Bihar.

The empanelled partner must provide full training infrastructure and deliver:
Training Components:
  1. NSQF compliant modules sanctioned by MSDE, NSDC, FICSI
  2. Mandatory job roles:
    1. Assistant Baking Technician
    2. Millet Products Processor
    3. Multi-Skill Technician (Food Processing)
Responsibilities:
βœ” Mobilization, enrollment & counselling
βœ” Training delivery (theoretical + practical)
βœ” Infrastructure setup as per food & safety norms
βœ” Biometric & MIS-based monitoring
βœ” Assessment coordination with SSCs
βœ” 70% placement support & entrepreneurship linkage
βœ” Reporting, inspections, and compliance

  1. 5,000 sq ft minimum built-up area
  2. 3 Classrooms + 3 Labs (500 sq. ft each)
  3. Dedicated labs:
    1. Bakery lab
    2. Millet processing lab
    3. Food processing lab
  4. Biometric attendance, CCTV, IT-enabled teaching setup
  5. Safety, sanitation, women facilities, storage & power backup

  1. Trainers must have:
    βœ” ToT certified under FICSI/NCVET
    βœ” 3+ years domain experience in food processing
  2. Placement coordinator
  3. Mobilization & MIS support staff

  1. Minimum cumulative turnover β‚Ή1 Crore over last 3 years from training operations
