๐ Professional Qualification / Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be a registered VTP under CSSDA / NSDC.
- Registered under Society Act 1973 / Company Act 1956 / Trust / Cooperative / Section-8 Company.
- Proven training experience in PMKVY, MMKVY or other Govt skill programs is mandatory.
- Must have functional training centre with labs, biometric attendance, trained staff, sector trainers etc.
- Must follow placement & post-training tracking compliance.

- Institute must demonstrate financial & training delivery capacity.
- Placement-linked payment release model.
- Performance-based batch allocation clause included.
