The selected Program Partner will deploy and institutionalize the AI-powered Spoken English Assessment & Practice (SEAP) solution across India’s skilling ecosystem targeting up to 5 lakh learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Institutional Onboarding
- Engage MSDE, DGT, NSDC, SSCs, State Skill Missions, ITIs, Tier 2 & Tier 3 colleges.
- Secure permissions, MoUs, integration with digital platforms.
- Compliance with DPDP Act, 2023.
- Teacher & Trainer Enablement
- Train instructors on SEAP usage and learner assessment interpretation.
- Provide troubleshooting, support materials, helpdesk pathways.
- Deployment, Monitoring & Reporting
- Execute institute-level rollout in classrooms and labs.
- Ensure learner usage, access models, adoption, analytics.
- Provide feedback, feature improvement inputs, monthly monitoring, reports, and evaluation support.

๐ผ Eligibility & Qualification Criteria
Mandatory
- Proven operational presence in India's skilling network: ITIs, Polytechnics, NSDC, SSCs, State Skill Missions.
- Large-scale execution experience in education/skilling.
- English pedagogy and faculty enablement expertise.
- Ability to operate across multiple states.
- Strong data governance aligned with DPDP Act, 2023.
- Team expertise in monitoring, teacher training, and reporting.
- Financial stability.
Preferred
- CEFR-linked English program experience.
- Digital skilling / AI tool implementation background.
- Previous national-level government deployment partnerships.
- Spoken English/communication skill program experience.

- Full fund utilization by March 2026 and impact reporting till December 2026
