The selected Program Partner will deploy and institutionalize the AI-powered Spoken English Assessment & Practice (SEAP) solution across India’s skilling ecosystem targeting up to 5 lakh learners.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Institutional Onboarding
    1. Engage MSDE, DGT, NSDC, SSCs, State Skill Missions, ITIs, Tier 2 & Tier 3 colleges.
    2. Secure permissions, MoUs, integration with digital platforms.
    3. Compliance with DPDP Act, 2023.
  2. Teacher & Trainer Enablement
    1. Train instructors on SEAP usage and learner assessment interpretation.
    2. Provide troubleshooting, support materials, helpdesk pathways.
  3. Deployment, Monitoring & Reporting
    1. Execute institute-level rollout in classrooms and labs.
    2. Ensure learner usage, access models, adoption, analytics.
    3. Provide feedback, feature improvement inputs, monthly monitoring, reports, and evaluation support.

Mandatory
  • Proven operational presence in India's skilling network: ITIs, Polytechnics, NSDC, SSCs, State Skill Missions.
  1. Large-scale execution experience in education/skilling.
  2. English pedagogy and faculty enablement expertise.
  3. Ability to operate across multiple states.
  4. Strong data governance aligned with DPDP Act, 2023.
  5. Team expertise in monitoring, teacher training, and reporting.
  6. Financial stability.
Preferred
  1. CEFR-linked English program experience.
  2. Digital skilling / AI tool implementation background.
  3. Previous national-level government deployment partnerships.
  4. Spoken English/communication skill program experience.

  1. Detailed budget format required
  2. Full fund utilization by March 2026 and impact reporting till December 2026
