Tender Description The American India Foundation Trust (AIFT) has released an RFP for Empanelment of Agencies/Consultants for Mobilization, Training & Placements of Candidates in Pune under its youth skilling & employment initiative.

1. Scope of Work
The selected agency will be responsible for:
  1. Mobilization & placement of 500 candidates out of 1500 by 31 March 2026
  2. Ensuring 73% women participation in mobilized and trained candidates
  3. Deployment of 8–10 dedicated staff members including mobilizers, trainers, centre & placement coordinators
  4. Conduct 15-day Sales Associate Training, including:
    1. Pre & post assessment on AIFT LMS
    2. Certification issuance
    3. Documentation & identity verification
  5. Provide training infrastructure (computers, projectors, etc.) at own cost
  6. Achieve minimum 60% placements in relevant job roles
Key Program Benefit Target: 17,000+ youth across 5 cities (Chennai, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Mumbai, Pune)

3. Financial Criteria
  1. Financial quote as per Annexure II only; no conditional bids
  2. Rates must be inclusive of all costs and realistic
  3. Zero or abnormally low rates will be rejected
  4. Additional candidates may be assigned based on performance
