Pre-Qualification Criteria

Jharkhand NSQF Vocational Training Providers (VTPs)

🏛️ Scope of Work
Deployment & management of Vocational Education under NSQF in 272 schools (520 units) covering:
  1. 139 PM SHRI schools
  2. 109 Samagra Shiksha Schools
  3. 24 NSCBAV schools
Key Responsibilities of VTP
  1. Deployment of full-time Vocational Trainers (VTs) per trade per school.
  2. Deployment of Vocational Coordinators (1 per 50 school units).
  3. Trainer recruitment, background verification, ToT, skill delivery, placement tracking, reporting & MIS compliance.
  4. Conduct guest lectures, internships, industrial visits, placement & counselling.
  5. Ensure EPF, ESI, salary payment by 10th every month.

All criteria must be fulfilled as on 31.03.2025.

Company Registration
Registered entity under Companies Act/LLP/Trust/Society/Proprietorship, min 5 years in vocational training
Turnover
₹10 Cr Annual Avg turnover from Skill/Vocational business for FY 22-23, 23-24 & 24-25
Experience
Work orders from Govt./PSU: 1@80% OR 2@50% OR 3@40% of estimated cost
Training Output
Trained minimum 5,000 candidates annually in last 3 years
Placement
Minimum 40% placement of trained youth
NSDC/JSDMS
NSDC TP approval OR empanelled with JSDMS + operations in 2 other states
