Key Responsibilities
- Mobilization of eligible Christian youth (18–35 years, Karnataka resident)
- Residential training delivery with certified faculty
- Supply of study material
- Biometric attendance
- Third-party assessment through NSDC/KSDC agencies
- Minimum 70% placement with proof
- Conduct of job fairs
- Issuance of course completion certificates

- Valid PAN & GST
- Entity type: Pvt. Ltd / NGO / Proprietorship / Partnership
- No JV / Consortium allowed
- Registered Training Provider under NSDC / PMKVY or KSDC
- Active training centres in minimum 5 districts of Karnataka
- Minimum 1000 candidates trained for GoK departments in last 3 years
- 70% placement achievement in last 3 years
- At least 1 job fair conducted in Karnataka in last 3 years
- In-house developed course material aligned to curriculum
- Not blacklisted by any Government/PSU

- Technical: 75%

4. Financial Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Turnover:
₹300 Lakhs each year for FY 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25
- CA-certified audited financials with UDIN mandatory
- Provisional FY 2024-25 statements allowed
5. Tender Fee & EMD
- EMD: ₹3,20,000/-
- Mode of Payment: Online via KPPP Portal (NEFT/RTGS/Debit/Credit Card/OTC)
- Processing Fee: As prescribed by e-procurement portal
- Performance Security: 5% of Contract Value (BG/DD/NEFT)
- EMD of successful bidder converted into Security Deposit

7. Payment Terms
Payments released in three installments:

- 20% – On submission of attendance, certificates & 70% placement proof
