- To train and certify 360 diploma students in high-demand technical job roles aligned with the Capital Goods sector

3️⃣ Scope of Work (Training Partner Responsibilities)
Selected Training Partners will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, including:
- Mobilization & enrolment of eligible candidates
- Delivery of non-residential technical training
- Infrastructure, tools & equipment as per Annexure A
- Assessment & certification coordination with SSCs
- Placement facilitation (minimum 60%)
- Entrepreneurship / self-employment support (approx. 20%)
- Reporting and data management through Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH)
- Compliance with monitoring, audits, and impact assessments by CGSSC

5️⃣ Pre-Qualification / Eligibility Criteria
Institutional Eligibility
Eligible applicants include:
- Training Providers / Skill Development Institutions
- PMKKs, ITIs, Skill Universities
- Government / Semi-Government bodies
- NGOs / Section 8 companies / Autonomous bodies
Technical & Experience Criteria
- Proven experience in similar skill development projects
- Strong placement track record
- Industry linkages in construction & manufacturing sectors
- Infrastructure readiness (subject to field verification by CGSSC)
6️⃣ Financial Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Average Annual Turnover:
₹50 Lakhs (during the last 3 completed financial years)
- Turnover must be certified by a Chartered Accountant
7️⃣ Infrastructure & Trade Requirements
Training partners must have infrastructure and tools for relevant trades as specified in Annexure A, including:
- Electrical Systems Design
- Piping Design & Execution
- Civil / Structural Design & Quality Labs
