Tender Brief Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) – Skill / Training Related Services
Tender Description The tender is issued by a District-level Government Authority (Zilla Parishad, Raigad – Alibag) through a formal Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) for execution of work related to training / educational / skill-oriented services, as indicated in the tender document.
Pre-Qualification Criteria
Scope of Work
The selected bidder shall be responsible for executing the work as defined in the tender specifications, which broadly include:
  1. Supply and/or execution of services as per approved technical specifications
  2. Compliance with instructions issued by the Chief Executive Officer or authorized officer
  3. Execution of work strictly as per tender conditions and departmental approvals
  4. Adherence to timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations mentioned in the NIT

Pre-Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
Bidders are required to:
  1. Submit a valid and unconditional undertaking confirming acceptance of tender conditions
  2. Agree to keep the offer valid for the prescribed period from the date of bid opening
  3. Possess the legal capacity to enter into a contract with a Government authority
  4. Comply with all statutory and contractual conditions laid down in the tender document
Incomplete or non-compliant bids are liable for rejection.
Financial Criteria
  1. The bidder must submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) in the prescribed form (Demand Draft from a Nationalized / Scheduled Bank).
  2. The EMD amount shall be liable to forfeiture if the bidder:
    1. Withdraws the offer during the validity period
    2. Fails to execute the agreement or submit the required security deposit after award
The EMD does not carry any interest.
Tender Fee & EMD
  1. Tender Fee: As specified in the Detailed Tender Notice
  2. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Mandatory, payable via Demand Draft
  3. EMD may be adjusted against the Security Deposit or refunded as per tender conditions
Exact amounts shall be as per the financial schedule of the NIT.
Submission Guidelines
  1. Bids must be submitted in the prescribed format along with all required enclosures
  2. All documents submitted must be true, correct, and duly signed
  3. An undertaking on ₹100 stamp paper confirming authenticity of documents is mandatory
  4. Conditional or incomplete tenders are liable to rejection
  5. Submission after the due date and time will not be accepted
