NIELIT Haridwar has invited Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible training institutes for accreditation as NSQF-aligned Training Partners in the state of Uttarakhand. The initiative aims to strengthen skill development delivery under National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF)–aligned courses.
Scope of Work
Accredited Training Partners will be responsible for:
  1. Conducting NSQF-aligned skill development courses approved by NIELIT
  2. Ensuring compliance with NIELIT NSQF norms, infrastructure standards, and quality benchmarks
  3. Delivering training, assessments, and certification support as per approved curriculum
  4. Maintaining required records and facilitating inspections/audits by NIELIT
Institutes may select up to a maximum of five (5) NSQF courses from the approved course list (Annexure-I).
Approved NSQF Course List (Indicative)
Some of the approved NSQF-aligned courses include:
  1. Multimedia Development Associate
  2. ITES BPO Executive – Voice
  3. Full Stack Development Associate
  4. Essentials of Artificial Intelligence (Upskilling)
  5. Assistant Computer Technician
  6. Cloud Computing and Virtualization (Essentials)
  7. Internet of Things (IoT) Assistant / Associate
  8. AI Development Associate
  9. Computer Applications & Business Accounting Associate
    (Applicants may choose any five courses maximum.)

Pre-Qualification & Eligibility Criteria

  1. Applicant must be a training institute based in Uttarakhand
  2. Institute should have adequate infrastructure, faculty, and training facilities as per NIELIT NSQF guidelines
  3. Willingness to comply with NIELIT accreditation, inspection, and quality assurance processes
  4. Capability to conduct NSQF-aligned training programs effectively
Financial Criteria
  1. No minimum turnover requirement has been specified in the EOI document
  2. Institutes must be financially capable of delivering training programs as per NSQF normsTender Fee, Processing Fee & EMD
  3. Accreditation Fee: Exempted
  4. Inspection Fee: Exempted
    (Valid for a limited period up to 15 January 2026, applicable only to Uttarakhand-based institutes)
  5. Processing Fee: ₹2,000/- (Non-refundable)
  6. EMD: Not applicable
Submission Guidelines
  1. Application must be submitted in the prescribed NIELIT application format
  2. Institutes must clearly indicate the selected NSQF courses (maximum five)
  3. Applications can be submitted:
    1. In person, or
    2. By post
