4. Execution experience (FY 2020–21 to FY 2025–26):
   1. Minimum 10 projects in hardware procurement & installation
   2. Minimum 5 projects in counselling/training programs
5. Not blacklisted by any Government/PSU in last 3 years
6. GST registration mandatory
7. ESI/EPF registration (as applicable)
8. Submission of affidavits and self-attested documents

1. Average Annual Turnover:
   Minimum ₹25 Crore (any one consortium member allowed)
2. Audited Financial Statements:
   Last 3 financial years (FY 2022–23, 2023–24, 2024–25)
3. Bid Validity:
   120 days from opening of Financial Bid
