2. Have experience in training, capacity building, or social sector services
3. Possess relevant expertise in gender, social development, or service sector training
4. Have valid statutory registrations and operational capability

1. NGOs / Training Institutes / Service Sector Organizations
2. Agencies with prior experience in training or social development projects
3. Organizations having valid registration, PAN, GST (where applicable)
4. Bidders complying with all conditions mentioned in the tender

1. Financial capability and turnover requirements, if any, shall be as specified in the tender document
2. The quoted rates must be unconditional
3. Conditional bids are liable to rejection, as mentioned in the declaration section

2. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Applicable, details to be verified from the uploaded tender on the portal
