4. Employment linkage is mandatory:
   1. Placement of all 400 trained women at the Koradi unit
   2. Monthly wages: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per woman
5. Long-term employment commitment:
   1. Minimum 10 years of sustained employment
6. Establishment of Factory Outlet / Fashion Mall for market linkage
7. Buy-back / Job-work arrangements with at least three companies

2. Training Fee Payable: ₹49 per trainee per hour

8. Experience supported by:

9. Demonstrated experience of:
   1. Providing post-training employment at the same location for at least 3 years
10. Availability of:
    1. Minimum 20 qualified trainers (1 trainer per 20 trainees)
    2. Minimum 4–8 expert trainers with 5+ years of unit operation experience
11. Commitment to supply 60,000 meters of fabric per month at own cost
12. Capacity to establish and operate a Factory Outlet / Fashion Mall
13. Compliance with:
    1. POSH Act, 2013
    2. Women dignity, safety, insurance, biometric attendance

1. Minimum turnover slab evaluation (technical scoring):
   1. ₹1.75 Cr – ₹2.25 Cr
   2. ₹2.25 Cr – ₹2.50 Cr
   3. Above ₹2.50 Cr
2. Security Deposit:
   1. 10% of total project cost for 10 years (interest-free)
3. Bank Guarantee:
   1. ₹2.5 Crore towards machinery security
4. Mandatory insurance of assets worth ₹5 Crore
