| Pre-Qualification Criteria | Overview The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), in collaboration with Takamol Holdings Pvt. Ltd. (under the Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible and credible Skill Assessment / Testing Centres for onboarding under the Skill Verification Program (SVP). The program is part of a Government-to-Government (G2G) initiative between India and KSA, aimed at verifying the qualifications and competencies of Indian skilled workers intending to work in Saudi Arabia.
SVP assessments are conducted through competency-based theoretical and practical examinations across multiple trades to ensure internationally benchmarked skill standards.
Scope of Work
Selected centres will be responsible for:

Assessment centres will be onboarded across the following States and Union Territories: Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Jammu & Kashmir, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Punjab, Sikkim, Tripura, Uttarakhand.
Targeted Occupations / Trades
The SVP covers a wide range of occupations across construction, automotive, electrical, mechanical, hospitality, logistics, services, and allied sectors. Key trades include (but are not limited to):
