Scope of Work
The selected Private Training Provider (PTP) shall be responsible for the operation, management, and academic delivery of Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Chandrapura (DVC), as detailed in Volume-II (Scope of Work).
Key responsibilities include:
- Academic operations and training delivery
- Faculty deployment and HR management
- Student enrolment, training quality, assessments, and certification
- Industry linkage, placements, and performance outcomes
- Compliance with NCVET / AICTE / UGC norms (as applicable)
Estimated Contract Value:
₹ 55,82,475/- (excluding GST)
Pre-Qualification Criteria
Eligible bidders must:
- Be a registered legal entity in India (Company / LLP / Society / Trust / Partnership / Educational Institution / Training Provider)
- Have been in existence for minimum 5 years in India
- Not be blacklisted or debarred by any Government / PSU
- Have minimum 25 employees on payroll for at least 3 years
- Submit affidavit confirming no criminal cases, litigation, or government dues
Eligibility & Technical Criteria
Bidders (Single Entity or Consortium up to 3 members) must meet:
Technical Experience (any one):
- Operation of NCVET-aligned ITIs (minimum Grade 2), or
- Operation of AICTE-approved Polytechnics, or
- Operation of AICTE/UGC-approved Engineering Colleges / Universities, or
- Training of minimum 10,000 candidates in NSQF-aligned short-term courses
Consortium Rules:
- Maximum 3 members
- Lead Member must hold minimum 51% equity
- Lead Member must meet 50% financial & 30% technical capacity
- Mandatory Consortium Agreement & Power of AttorneyFinancial Criteria
Average Annual Turnover:
- Minimum ₹ 5,58,248/- during FY 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25
- Turnover of consortium members can be aggregated
- Audited financial statements / CA certificates with UDIN required
- Other income not considered for turnover calculation
