Up-gradation & Renovation of Training Centre for Skilling and Employment of SHG Members

This tender invites eligible civil contractors to participate in the renovation and upgradation of a training centre at the Gram Panchayat office for strengthening skill development and employment generation of Self-Help Group (SHG) members.

Scope of Work

1. Upgradation and renovation of existing training centre at GP office.
2. Civil, plumbing, sanitation and related infrastructure works.
3. Supply and use of approved quality construction materials.
4. Maintain service quality during execution and defect liability period of 1 year after completion.
5. Contractor to arrange plant, machinery, labour sheds, storage etc. at own cost.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Eligible bidders must meet the following:

Experience Requirement

1. Experience in similar civil works with value ≥ 60% of project cost in a single contract within the last 3 years.

Mandatory Registrations

Legal & Compliance

1. Affidavit confirming no abandoned/rescinded projects in last 5 years.
2. JV/Consortium not allowed.
3. Bidder can participate in one capacity only.
4. Ownership/lease proof of required machinery.
5. Firms must submit partnership deed / MoA & AoA (for companies).

Financial Criteria

1. EMD: 2% of tender value via RTGS/NEFT (ICICI Bank).
2. EMD converted to security deposit for selected bidder.
3. Total 10% security deposit deducted from running bills.
4. No mobilization advance.
5. No price escalation allowed.
6. Bid validity: 180 days.

10. Income Tax deductions as per rules.
