Scope of Work
- The selected Training Provider will:
Training Delivery
- Deliver online skill training in 40 courses to 50,000 students.
- Target beneficiaries: Children of registered construction workers.
- Training via LMS + Mobile App + Web platform.
- Provide HD video content with 2D animations (no YouTube or screen recordings allowed).
- Provide 24/7 device-agnostic access.
Platform & Infrastructure
- Develop Learning Management System (LMS).
- Provide call centre for mobilization & support.
- Provide toll-free doubt support.
- Individual login credentials for trainees.
- Dashboard for monitoring & reporting.
Program Objectives
- Enhance employability and entrepreneurship.
- Bridge skill gap between education and industry.
- Support digital learning access for rural students.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bidders must meet all mandatory eligibility conditions:
Organizational Requirements
- Must have office/project presence in Tamil Nadu.
- Must be registered with NSDC / TNSDC / TAC.
- Minimum 3 years experience in skill training.
Financial Criteria
- Average annual turnover (last 3 years): ₹20 Crore minimum
- Positive net worth as on 31 March 2025.
Workforce Requirement
- Minimum 50 online content developers on payroll.
Experience Criteria
- Experience in digital/online training/content delivery.
- Average training capacity: 20,000 candidates per year (last 3 years).
- Must not be blacklisted by Govt. agencies.
