Scope of Work

  1. Selected bidder will be responsible for:
  2. Supply of Laser Engraving Machine (130–150W power, 1300mm × 900mm working area).
  3. Installation and commissioning at Tripura University.
  4. On-site training for university technical team.
  5. Delivery and installation within 15 days of Purchase Order.
  6. Provide minimum 1-year warranty on equipment.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Bidders must:
  2. Be Manufacturer or Authorized Dealer of the equipment.
  3. Have experience in supply & installation of similar equipment.
  4. Submit proof of past work orders/experience.

Payment mode:

  1. RTGS/NEFT (preferred) or Demand Draft if online transfer fails.

Commercial & Payment Terms

  1. Rates must be quoted in INR (FOR destination basis).
  2. Taxes paid as per Government rules.
  3. 95% payment after successful delivery & installation.
  4. 5% retained as a performance guarantee, released after 1 year.
  5. Jurisdiction: Agartala courts only.

  1. Bid submission is online only via Central Public Procurement Portal:

  3. Hard copy / Email / Fax submissions not accepted.
  4. Mandatory requirements:
  5. Registration on CPP Portal.
  6. Valid Class III Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).
  7. Upload scanned copies of all documents.

  3. PAN Card
  4. GST Registration & latest GST clearance (GSTR-3B)
  5. Experience certificates / Work Orders of similar work
  6. Proof of EMD payment

  8. Signed declaration of acceptance of tender terms.
