1. The Executive Engineer, Public Works Division Bhandara, invites online B-1 percentage rate tenders for the following work from eligible Registered Unemployed Engineers of Bhandara District registered with Government of Maharashtra PWD in appropriate class.

1. Construction of Waterproofing Treatments & Other Miscellaneous Work at Administrative Building of Nursing Training Centre, At-Bhandara, Tah. & Dist. Bhandara
2. Estimated Cost: ₹9,92,387/-
3. Time for Completion: 03 (Three) Calendar Months (including monsoon)
4. Type of Contract: B-1 (Percentage Rate)

 Scope of Work

1. The scope broadly includes:
2. Waterproofing treatment works
3. Associated miscellaneous civil works
4. Execution as per Maharashtra PWD specifications
5. Compliance with quality control, testing, and royalty provisions
6. Structural design approval (if applicable) by competent authority
7. The contractor shall complete the work within the stipulated time, including monsoon period.

8. Bid Capacity Certificate (if applicable)
9. Chartered Accountant certificate for turnover (if bid capacity applicable)
10. Digitally signed blank tender copy
11. Required online payment proof (Tender Fee & EMD)

Financial Criteria

Bid Capacity (If Applicable)

1. Applicable if contractor has undertaken three or more works in the current financial year.

Formula:

1. Bid Capacity = (A × N × 2) – B
2. Where:
3. A = Maximum annual turnover of civil works in last 5 years (updated to current DSR level)
4. N = Time period of work (in years)
5. B = Value of existing commitments
6. Bid capacity must not be less than the estimated cost.

Tender Fee & EMD

Security Deposit Structure:

1. 50% at Agreement stage
2. 50% recovered from Running Bills

Performance Security (For L1 Bidder)

1. If quoted rate is:
2. 1% to 10% below: 1% of estimated cost
3. 10% to 15% below: Additional 1% per percent beyond 10%
4. More than 15% below: 2% per percent beyond 15%
5. Must be submitted within 8 days of financial bid opening.
