1. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar services
2. Must have executed similar government/PSU projects
3. GST registration mandatory
4. Preference for agencies located in Delhi NCR
5. Submission of resumes for shortlisted candidates

1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover: ₹5 Lakhs (last 3 years)
2. CA-certified financial documents required
3. OEM turnover (if applicable) to be submitted

Submission Guidelines

3. Price breakup mandatory in financial bid

Technical Evaluation (QCBS)

3. Minimum Technical Qualifying Marks: 70
