 Scope of Work

The project involves river training and flood protection work along the right bank of the Ganga River in Meerut district. Key activities include:

1. Supply, filling, and fixing of Geotubes
2. Base preparation and installation at middle and tail positions
3. Channelization work for flood and erosion protection
4. Deployment of machinery, manpower, and materials
5. Execution within flood-prone river zones

1. Registered contractors with UP Irrigation Department / relevant authority
2. Experience in similar river/flood zone works
3. Must have executed:
   1. 3 works (≥40% cost each), OR
   2. 2 works (≥50% cost each), OR
   3. 1 work (≥80% cost)
4. Experience in Geotube-related work is mandatory

1. Valid GST, PAN, and registration certificates
2. Submission of performance certificates for completed works
3. Technical staff and equipment availability
4. Not blacklisted or debarred

1. Average Annual Turnover: Minimum 30% of estimated cost (last 3 years)
2. Audited financial statements required
3. Financial capability to execute time-bound project

1. Tender Fee: ₹300 + 18% GST + ₹500 (stationery charges)
2. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): ₹68,000
3. Payment Mode: Online via e-procurement portal only
4. EMD Exemption: Allowed only as per eligibility conditions
