Tender Description To empanel experienced Training Service Providers (TSPs) for conducting skill development programs for registered construction workers and their dependents across various districts in Jharkhand. Scope of Work

  1. Training Implementation:

    1. Provide end-to-end training, assessment, and certification for registered workers and their dependents.
    2. Ensure compliance with NSQF standards and JBOCWWB guidelines.

  2. Operational Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct training at approved locations and maintain high-quality standards.
    2. Use biometric attendance and Aadhaar-based authentication for participants.
    3. Coordinate with third-party assessment agencies for final evaluations.

  3. Documentation and Reporting:

    1. Maintain detailed records, including geotagged photos and attendance.
    2. Submit training reports and receipts duly signed by beneficiaries and nodal officers.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Experience: Minimum 2,000 NSQF-aligned training certifications in a single project for government/PSUs in the last five years.
  2. Financial Strength: Average annual turnover of ₹10 crores over the past three financial years.
  3. Manpower: At least 20 SSC-certified trainers on payroll.
  4. Certifications: ISO 9001 accreditation and valid NSDC/SSC accreditation.
