Objective

• GIMS is inviting applications from Agencies/Firms/Companies to manage skill training courses at IAHS.
• The selected agency will handle candidate mobilization, training, assessment, and placement for various healthcare skill programs.

Important Dates

1. EOI Opening Date: 18th January 2025.
2. Last Date for Submission: 17th February 2025, 4:00 PM.
3. Submission Mode: Drop the proposal in the designated box at the Administration Block, GIMS.

Application Fee & Security Deposit

• Application Fee: ₹1,180 (including 18% GST), payable via Demand Draft in favor of Director, GIMS Greater Noida.
• Security Deposit: ₹25,000 (only for successful bidders).

Scope of Work

Responsibilities of GIMS

1. Infrastructure:
   • Provide classrooms, laboratories, and skill labs.
   • Arrange necessary equipment and tools.
   • Provide office space and basic facilities (power backup, water, washrooms, library).
2. On-the-Job Training (OJT):
   • Students will receive hands-on training in GIMS wards, ICUs, and clinical areas.

Responsibilities of the Service Provider

1. Mobilization & Training:
   • Promote courses and enroll candidates.
   • Conduct classroom training, practical sessions, and OJT.
   • Provide faculty and training materials.
2. Assessment & Certification:
   • Organize internal and external assessments.
   • Coordinate with assessment agencies.
3. Placement Assistance:
   • Set up a placement cell and provide job opportunities.

Financial Terms

• Course Fees:
  • Fees will be charged as per prevailing rates of academic institutions.
  • GIMS staff will receive a 50% discount.
• Revenue Sharing:
  • The service provider must share a percentage of the course fees with GIMS.
  • Payments will be made within 7 working days after deducting GIMS processing charges.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Legal Registration:
   • The agency must be registered with the appropriate government authority.
2. Experience:
   • Must have prior experience in healthcare training programs.
3. Compliance:
   • Must submit PAN, GST, Service Tax Registration, and other relevant documents.
4. Undertaking:
   • The agency must provide an affidavit confirming no blacklisting by any government/private organization.

Selection Process

1. Technical Evaluation:
   • Agencies will be shortlisted based on experience, infrastructure, and financial capacity.
2. Financial Evaluation:
   • The agency offering the highest revenue share to GIMS will be selected.
3. On-Site Inspection:
   • GIMS may conduct an inspection or request a technical presentation.

1. Documents Required:
   • Appendix A: Agency Details.
   • Appendix B: Rate Quotation for GIMS processing charges.
2. Envelope Labeling:
   • Must mention "Expression of Interest (EOI) for IAHS Training Courses".
