📝 Quotation Requirements
- Quotation must:
- Be on the official letterhead
- Include Annexure I (Quotation Format)
- Be signed and stamped by competent authority
- Include rate per hour of training
- Be addressed to:
Principal, Government College of Engineering, Jalgaon
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Female expert only
- Must possess minimum qualification in Self Defence/Karate
- Provide valid proofs/certificates
- Must be available to engage as per mutually agreed schedule
- Training must include practical sessions
📄 Important Conditions
- No TA/DA or accommodation/food costs will be provided
- Expert must:
- Maintain student attendance
- Capture and submit GPS-mapped photos of sessions
- Performance-based evaluation:
- If quality is not satisfactory or student complaints arise, the expert may be replaced or contract terminated
- Payment:
- As per Government of Maharashtra norms
- Processed after successful completion of training and submission of bills and records
