A two-day Facilitation Camp is scheduled to address concerns and grievances of Training Institutes (TIs) and Training Partners (TPs) who applied for empanelment under the PM-DAKSH Scheme for 2024-25.
Location: Dr. Ambedkar International Centre (DAIC), New Delhi
Dates: January 16-17, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Purpose
- To inform TIs/TPs about the outcome of their applications.
- To provide reasons for non-selection, if applicable.
- To facilitate re-scrutiny of applications upon request.
Pre-requisites for Participation
- Mandatory Documents:
- Authorization letter from the organization.
- Photo ID of the office bearer.
- Copy of the complete application (including annexures) submitted against the Expression of Interest (EoI) dated June 5, 2024.
- For Re-scrutiny Requests:
- Submit a notarized affidavit on ₹100 stamp paper in the prescribed format, affirming the accuracy of submitted details and documents.
Key Instructions for Re-scrutiny
- If discrepancies or misrepresentation are found during re-scrutiny, the DoSJE may initiate legal or penal actions, including blacklisting of the TI/TP.
- The affidavit must confirm that all submitted information is accurate and that no documents are tampered with or forged.
