Rajasthan Skill & Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC) has issued an important notification regarding the cancellation of sanctioned training targets under the Mukhya Mantri Yuva Sambal Yojana (MMYSY) for the Financial Years 2024–25 & 2025–26.
This cancellation has been enforced due to non-establishment of Skill Development Centres (SDCs) by several Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) in their allotted districts, as mandated in the original sanction order dated 11-03-2025.
🔠Key Points of the Order
- The sanction order was revalidated for FY 2025–26.
- RSLDC reviewed compliance and found multiple PIAs had not established SDCs as required.
- As a result, allotted targets for these PIAs stand cancelled with immediate effect.
- The cancellation impacts 4,363 targets across multiple districts including Jaipur, Nagaur, Jhunjhunu, Alwar, Bharatpur, Banswara, Tonk, Sikar, Jaisalmer, Udaipur, Barmer, and Jalore.

🯠Reason for Cancellation
RSLDC has emphasized that PIAs must adhere to:
- Timely establishment of SDCs
- Compliance with infrastructure norms
- Proper onboarding as per scheme requirements
Failure to meet these norms has resulted in the withdrawal of targets.
