Yogi Adityanath: Key MoUs Signed for Technical Education, Aviation Skills and Infrastructure Growth

In a major push towards global partnerships in skill development and infrastructure investment, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath began his official Singapore visit with significant outcomes in technical education collaboration and large-scale investment commitments.
Focus on Skill Development & Aviation Training
On the first day of his visit, the Chief Minister reviewed a comprehensive presentation on skill development and vocational training at the Institute of Technical Education (ITE), including its advanced ITE College Central campus and Aviation Hub facilities.
The visit highlighted Singapore’s industry-integrated training ecosystem, particularly its strong alignment between technical institutions and market requirements. Uttar Pradesh aims to replicate similar models to strengthen:
  1. Technical and vocational education
  2. Aviation skill development
  3. Industry-aligned workforce training programs
The signed MoUs are expected to enhance institutional collaboration and support Uttar Pradesh’s expanding infrastructure and employment ecosystem.
Sharing details on X (formerly Twitter), CM Yogi stated that the visit provided valuable insights into Singapore’s integrated skill development framework and aviation training facilities.
₹6,650 Crore Investment Boost for Uttar Pradesh
Alongside education-focused agreements, major investment MoUs were signed with Universal Success Group, totaling ₹6,650 crore, aimed at accelerating Uttar Pradesh’s infrastructure growth.
Key Investment Highlights:
1️⃣ International-Themed Township – Jewar Airport Region
  1. Investment: ₹3,500 crore
  2. Land Area: 100 acres
  3. Employment Generation: 12,000 jobs
The township near the upcoming Jewar Airport is expected to strengthen urban infrastructure and create a globally benchmarked residential ecosystem.
2️⃣ Logistics Park – Kanpur-Lucknow Highway
  1. Investment: ₹650 crore
  2. Land Area: 50 acres
  3. Employment Generation: 7,500 jobs
The logistics hub will enhance supply chain efficiency and support industrial growth across the region.
3️⃣ Hyperscale Data Center Park – Noida/Greater Noida
  1. Investment: ₹2,500 crore
  2. Capacity: 40 MW
The proposed data center aligns with Uttar Pradesh’s digital infrastructure expansion strategy, positioning the state as a technology and data hub.
Strategic Financial & Sovereign Investment Dialogues
During the visit, CM Yogi also held high-level meetings with leading global financial institutions:
  1. Met Tan Su Shan, CEO of DBS Group, to explore project financing and investment facilitation in infrastructure and growth sectors.
  2. Held discussions with Lim Chow Kiat, CEO of GIC, focusing on long-term institutional investments in infrastructure, logistics, industrial parks, and sustainable urban development. The Chief Minister acknowledged GIC’s partnership in the Ganga Expressway project through IRB and collaboration with Greenko.
  3. Met Teo Chee Hean, Chairman of Temasek, to discuss sovereign investment participation in data centres, renewable energy, logistics hubs, and industrial infrastructure projects in Uttar Pradesh.
The Chief Minister emphasized Uttar Pradesh’s investor-friendly policy framework and fast-track clearance mechanisms for global investors.

The Singapore visit underscores Uttar Pradesh’s strategy of combining:
