1. Mobilisation and registration of eligible candidates
2. Candidate orientation on scheme, assessment, and certification
3. Conducting RPL orientation training (30/60 hours)
4. Arrangement of training infrastructure / industry premises
5. Tie-up with concerned Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) for assessment & certification
6. Submission of RPL documents and certificates to UKSDS
7. Registration of candidates at least 7 days prior to batch start

1. Average annual turnover: Minimum ₹25 Lakhs
2. Applicable for last 3 financial years (FY 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25)
3. Must be from skilling-related activities
4. Positive Net Worth required
5. Certified by Chartered Accountant with UDIN
6. Non-revenue generating Government institutions are exempted

1. Document-based technical evaluation by UKSDS
2. Maximum 100 marks evaluation framework covering:
   1. Organizational competence
   2. Trainers (ToT availability)
   3. Financial capability
   4. Past Government project experience
   5. Training infrastructure / industry tie-ups
3. Shortlisted PIAs may be called for presentations
4. Final approval by Chairman, Executive Committee, UKSDS

1. Proposal to be submitted in sealed envelope
2. Spiral-bound hard copy only
3. Format strictly as per Annexure 1 to 5
4. Single proposal per applicant
