Scope of Work
The scope of work covers the implementation of a job-oriented skill development training programme for unemployed and underprivileged youth from Durgapur and nearby areas. The programme will be conducted through CIPET PWMC, Varanasi, under NSPCL CSR FY 2026–27.
The training programme will cover the role of Plastic Recycling Machine Operator and will be residential in nature. The selected trainees will receive training, course material, assessment, certification, accommodation, food, uniform, safety kit and related support facilities as part of the programme.
Trainee Eligibility Criteria
The beneficiary candidates should be unemployed and from weaker sections of society, including BPL / low-income backgrounds. Preference is indicated for candidates from SC and ST categories from Durgapur and nearby regions.

Pre-Qualification and Bidder Participation
The attached pre-qualification document states that the tender is floated on a Single Tender (ST PSU) basis approved by the competent authority. The NIT also indicates that the bid is for ST (PSU) CIPET Varanasi.

Submission Guidelines
Bidders must submit the bid online through the GeM portal within the prescribed deadline. The price bid / BOQ is to be filled online on the GeM portal. The bidder must quote the total contract price on a lump-sum basis for the complete scope of work.
The technical and commercial documents must be uploaded online as per the checklist provided in the tender documents. The tender also requires compliance with the bid conditions, nil deviation requirement, local content declaration, fraud prevention policy and debarment policy.
