1. Project Overview

1. MTDC invites proposals for operation, maintenance and delivery of safety & rescue training programs at IISDA, India’s integrated scuba diving and aquatic sports institute.
2. The selected agency will operate the facility for 10 years under a Leave & License Agreement and will be permitted to collect training fees and operate supporting services.

Operations & Facility Management

1. Agency will handle:

3. Electricity, water, utilities & consumables
4. Equipment maintenance & upgrades
5. Minor repairs and upkeep
6. Safety compliance & mock drills
7. Garden and infrastructure maintenance

MTDC will handle major capital repairs.

Additional Revenue Opportunities

1. Agency may:
2. Operate restaurant and hospitality services
3. Conduct tourism-related events & exhibitions
4. Display co-branding with MTDC

1. Must be a Company or LLP
2. Joint Ventures/Consortiums NOT allowed

Experience Requirements

1. Bidder must demonstrate:
2. Minimum 5 years experience in water & land safety training
3. Training conducted for 1000+ Govt/Semi-Govt personnel
4. Certified trainers in:
5. Minimum 5 full-time trainers with CVs

Mandatory Certifications

1. Empanelment with Maharashtra Maritime Board
